Our name refers to the fact that we are a British travel agency arranging flights. It is not a claim of association with any carrier, and nothing on this website should be read as implying one. If you are looking for a specific airline's own website, go to that airline directly rather than booking through us under a misapprehension about who we are.
When you book through us, we arrange your ticket as an agent. Your contract for the carriage itself is with the airline that operates the flight, and their conditions of carriage govern your journey.
2. Trade marks are used for identification only
Airline names, airport names, IATA codes, logos and other trade marks that may appear anywhere on this website or in correspondence remain the property of their respective owners. Where we refer to them, we do so solely to identify who operates a particular flight or serves a particular airport — a purpose known as nominative or descriptive use.
No such reference implies any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship or other relationship between that owner and British Flights.
3. Prices are indicative
Every fare shown on this website is indicative. Airfares are set by airlines and change continuously with live availability, demand and currency movements. A price you see here may be unavailable moments later, and we cannot guarantee that any advertised figure will still be obtainable when you enquire.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are stated to include applicable taxes and our service fee. A price becomes firm only when a consultant confirms it for your specific dates and passengers and you accept it. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
4. No bookings or payments are made through this website
This site has no checkout. Submitting any form here creates an enquiry, not a booking — nothing is reserved and nothing is charged. We do not collect card numbers, bank details, passport numbers or dates of birth through this website, and we will never ask you to enter them into a form on it. Payment is arranged directly with a consultant after you have agreed the fare.
If you receive an email, message or telephone call purporting to be from us and asking you to enter payment details into a web page on this domain, treat it as fraudulent and contact us on 020 0000 0000.
5. Accuracy of information on this site
We take reasonable care to keep the content of this website accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Guidance about baggage allowances, check-in windows, meal options, connectivity on board and similar matters is general — the operating airline sets the actual rules for your flight, and those rules take precedence over anything written here.
Travel document requirements, including passports, visas, transit visas and health documentation, are set by governments and change without notice.
